Example of a case (Living room):
The intern provides care and support to 7 residents at a nursing home. However, the residents, their families, and the caregivers have been complaining about the livingroom for quite some time. Specifically, the residents complain about the noise. In addition, the family believes that there is little for the residents to do. Finally, the caregivers are dissatisfied with the technological applications in the living room. They feel that it is not safe enough, residents can leave the living room without anyone noticing.
For the intern, the challenge is to come up with solutions to this. This means, among other things, that he/she must enter into a conversation with the residents, the family and the caregivers to determine what the needs are. Curious what else needs to be done? Go through the 10 tasks.
